Biography

Dr Roberto Busi completed his PhD on resistance to ALS herbicides in rice weeds at the University of Torino (Italy)

Key research

  • At WAHRI, Dr Busi is focused on the evolutionary dynamics of herbicide resistance evolution from use of low herbicide rates and the investigation of herbicide resistance gene flow over long distances by pollen movement.

Major research interests

  • Evolutionary ecology
  • Herbicide resistance evolution

Publications
