Graduate Profiles

With a UWA science degree you can make a real difference.

Flexible and industry relevant, our hands-on courses cover Botany, Conservation Biology, Agriculture and more.

Undergraduate courses

We offer a large variety of undergraduate choices under the Bachelor of Science degree.

Three-year degrees

  • You can choose from an exciting selection of majors.
  • After the three-year BSc you might consider a research intensive Honours year.

Four-year degrees

  • You undertake a fourth year of undergraduate study which includes four coursework units and a research project to give you project management and research skills that employers value.
  • The marks you earn in the fourth-year research project plus the four highest marks you earn in advanced Level 3 units will be taken into account in determining whether you will graduate with Honours.  Graduating with Honours is necessary to go onto postgraduate research.

Honours

  • Honours study is available for those that have completed a three-year Bachelor of Science degree and obtained at least 65% in their science major.
