We allocate funds in various areas to support your research.
Budget Template
All postgraduate students are requested to prepare and submit a budget each year. Plant Biology provides operating funds to all students who do not have other sources of operating funds.
Funding
Students eligible for fund allocations include those studying a PhD, Master's research, Honours or fourth-year research projects.
Computers
The School provides $1500 towards a computer for new postgraduate students. The money can be used to purchase a new computer or upgrade an existing one.
Thesis binding
The School will pay for thesis binding only where no other funds are available to the students.
